The public examples on this site are different from images you upload or make in your own account. Your creations are not added to a public gallery by default.
Information we handle
When you visit, we receive information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as your internet address, device and browser information, pages visited, and approximate location inferred from your connection. If you sign in, we handle your email address, account information, and information shared by the sign-in method you choose.
When you use a tool, we handle the words and images you submit, the results, and information about your use of the feature. If you save or share a creation, we keep the information needed to make that choice work. We also receive the information you include when you contact us.
Why we use it
We use this information to provide the tools you request, maintain your account and saved creations, deliver results, let you share when you choose, respond to you, understand and improve the site, support advertising, and protect the service from misuse or failure.
Depending on the activity and applicable law, our basis is providing the service you request, our legitimate interest in keeping it safe and useful, your consent for optional analytics or advertising where required, or a legal obligation. You can ask us about the basis for a particular use.
Who receives information
Companies that help us host and protect the site, process image and prompt requests, provide sign-in, deliver messages, measure visits, or show ads may receive the information needed for their role. For example, an image-processing service needs the material you submit to complete your request; an advertising partner may receive information about a visit to a page with ads.

How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as it serves the purpose for which it was collected. Account information and saved creations may remain while your account is in use, unless you delete an individual creation or request a broader deletion. Information used for a temporary creation or to investigate a problem is kept for a shorter operational period.
For billing and dispute support, we keep limited task outcome records for the paid period plus 540 days; these records do not include prompts or image files. Other records may be retained where needed for service, safety, or legal obligations. Deleting a creation does not close your account or automatically remove records kept for another legitimate purpose. Contact us about a specific category or deletion request.
Your privacy choices
The site uses different kinds of technologies for essential functions, visit analytics, and advertising. Your available choices depend on where you are and which features are active. Look for Privacy choices in the footer for available settings, or contact us with a question.
Declining optional analytics does not prevent you from signing in or using image tools. Advertising has separate choices where applicable; declining analytics is not the same as declining advertising.
Necessary
These functions keep the site, sign-in, and requested tools working. Turning them off in your browser can prevent parts of the product from working.
Analytics
Visit analytics help us understand how the site is used. Depending on your location, you may be asked first or may change this preference through Privacy choices.
Advertising
Ads help support the site. In regions where an advertising choice is required, a separate message lets you decide how your information may be used for ads; ads may still appear with more limited use of information.
Sign-in and image tools remain available when you decline optional analytics or advertising choices.
Your rights and requests
You can view, download, or delete individual saved creations in Creations, and you can revoke a share link. For account-level access, correction, deletion, or another privacy request, contact us using the email address associated with your account when possible.
Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to object to or restrict certain uses, receive a copy of information, withdraw consent, or complain to a privacy authority. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request; legal exceptions may apply.
How we protect information
We use access controls and other safeguards designed to protect account information and private creations, and we separate material you choose to share from material you keep private.
No online service can eliminate every risk. If you believe your account or a shared creation has been misused, please contact us.

We may update this policy as the service or our practices change. The date above identifies the current version. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
